Albert Dock
The historic Albert Dock was once the centre of Liverpool’s bustling trading port. Today its brick warehouses have been converted into museums – the Tate Liverpool, International Slavery Museum and Beatles Story can all be found here. Souvenirs abound in the gift shops lining the docks, from nautically themed knick-knacks to licenced Beatles merchandise in the Fab4 Store.

Really cool place to visit, especially late afternoon and evening. Good restaurants and bars plus Riverside walks by the legendary Mersey. Starting place for brilliant City and Beatles bus tours and nearby Pier Head for Mersey River cruises on a dazzle boat.

Beautiful.
Beautiful. Take your own food and drink as a lot of things are overpriced.
Stunning views. A mixture of old and new architecture.
Feels like your at the seaside without a beach.
The places we used took card payments but always a good idea to have some cash.

Absolutely fabulous, must visit the Maritime Museum.
Absolutely fabulous, must visit the Maritime Museum. Cafes, shops, restaurants all good, but it's the buildings themselves that are so fascinating. So old yet so sturdy, hundreds of years, millions of workers, so much commerce, passed through these docks, until air freight replaced shipping.

Worst place ever, total dump, it is like a bedsit.
Worst place ever, total dump, it is like a bedsit. We lost £470 as we didnt stay the 2 nights we booked due to the state of the place. Dirty walls, missing lightbulbs, missing blinds/curtains, someones supper still in the oven. It was like playing The Krypton Factor trying to get the keys to start with. Very limited parking. Light fittings hanging from ceiling. There were no reviews when we booked in January but after looking now it seems that we were not the only ones who felt the same way. No joy of refund from vendor, Booking or my Credit Card so i intend to take further. Please Please Please do not book this Hovel.

Spotless apartment, amazing view of the docks and Liver building. In the middle of everything. Short walk to Albert dock, cavern quarter, shopping, restaurants and bars.
The apartments are very well situated, close to shops, amenities and also the Pier head and Albert Dock. Well-equipped kitchen area, comfortable lounge area, good sized bathroom.
Visited Liverpool for the first time. This hotel was a stones throw from the Albert Dock and only 10 mins walk into the main shopping centre. The room was super clean, great views of the docks and the bed was really comfy. I had to leave the hotel at 4am to go to the airport and the day staff helped me to book a taxi. The member of staff covering the night shift also very kindly made me a cup of coffee to take in the taxi which I was VERY grateful for.
Nice hotel. Stayed in a group/family room with two double beds. Perfect for me, my wife and my daughter. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast very nice and cooked to order. Location quite good - short walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Will stay again.
Excellent location! Few minutes walk to the train station and Albert Docks. Shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. I requested a room with a view because my son loves looking out the window and they put us in a room with a view! The room is nice and clean. Got everything we need. The bed was comfortable too. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Really love the location of this hotel as breakfast is right by the river. Only a 10 minute walk into Liverpool One and the main centre of Liverpool. 5 minutes from Albert Dock.
The Hotel is perfectly located in a central location to explore Liverpool and has a great selection of Restaurants,Pubs and Shops all within walking distance. Albert Dock is also a short walk away.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had stayed here before 6 years ago, and it was top of our list when it came to booking a hotel. It's excellent with the added bonus of being able to park the car below the hotel. The location is right in the centre of the Albert dock , the rooms are like a little suite with kitchen which is very handy, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was first class.
