London Eye

I spy with my little eye, something beginning with ... L. Get a god’s-eye view of London atop this giant Ferris Wheel on the South Bank. The glass pods hold up to twenty-five people per pod and were designed to represent each of London's 32 boroughs. Infinitely popular, it does exactly as it claims – it takes you up, then it takes you down!

somewhat underwhelming. if you don't get the fast track option expect around a 30 min wait. views are surprisingly obstructed on the opposite side of the Thames - couldn't even see the gherkin! I did expect it to be far more spectacular than what it was.

Location had great access to DLR for sightseeing: 2 stops to Bank/Monument and a 20 min walk to the Ferry Terminal at Canary Wharf. The RB6 took us to the London Eye in 30 mins. Views were great from the property; one side to City skyline, other to Canary Wharf. Very comfortable amount of space for our family with 2 kids who shared the double bed in the second bedroom.

Very spacious, clean and quiet room. Very close to tube station, walking distance to London Eye and Aquarium), close to Lower Marsh Market. Very Polite personnel. We arrived quite early (11:30 am) and asked if we could leave our luggage in the hotel, in order to walk around. They told us that the room was ready and we could check in with no extra charge. That was very helpful!

Location is impeccable! I almost walked everywhere. London eye, oxford street, soho...etc. Breakfast is tasty and generous, although if I were to nitpick, would appreciate having more meat variety for those who can't eat pork. Otherwise everything was definitely delicious and considerately cooked. Staff is quite friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet, recepsionists, housekeepers, everybody is willing to assist and for your convenience.
