It was great!
It was great! We looked around the show house, but the first time we went, they had stopped letting people in at 4.30, which was the exact time we got there, although the website said they closed at 5. This was5 years ago and more, though!

Nice spacious apartment. Very good facilities...heating, kitchen, bedrooms all well equipped and presented. Private balcony was a bonus. Great location for town and situated next to the Royal Crescent.
Brocks is a well-located guesthouse near Bath's Circus and Royal Crescent, next to the very good 'the Circus' restaurant. It is furnished like a typical Georgian townhouse and is very clean. Check-in was via key left in a locker box for late arrival (any that is after the 12-2 slot). An email was sent with the code prior to arrival and it was fairly easy to retrieve the key. The area is quiet and pleasant. Overall, it was a fairly good value for money.
Super location for walking into Bath , 5 mins walk to The Circus 10 mins to Royal Crescent and 10 mins to Milsom St and shops !
Layout worked well for a group - large social area in kitchen for dining - felt cosy and bright even tho was downstairs . Sitting room was comfortable and bright .
Nice to have bedrooms upstairs and an extra toilet on the top floor !
We had a really great time in a room with a fabulous view of the city. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, friendly, attentive and cheerful. Special mention to Singh on the front desk and Rohit who had a fabulous smile.
Food was delicious and very nicely presented.
Hotel is ideally situated for walking into Bath and close to the Royal Crescent and The Circus. Would highly recommend this hotel
Very well located hotel close to the centre of Bath and sites such as the Royal Crescent and Circus. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of options to choose from. Staff helpful nd courteous. Room has very good facilities and the hotel was very clean throughout. We would definitely stay in the Francis hotel again.
The highlight was the friendly staff, who couldn't do more for us. The location is a very short walk to the Royal Crescent, and we wandered into town the night we arrived (after 8pm) for dinner. So walkable, and very safe at night. Also the view from the room was GORGEOUS! The hotel has modern amenities / finishes, but with a lovely old-world feel and aesthetic, so you get the proper Bath experience. Thanks for having us!
Great location, just a few minutes from the Baths and the Royal Crescent, about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too, and there were lovely robes for us to use during the stay. It was easy to find and the staff were very friendly.
The guest house is lovely and Monica is absolutely kind and friendly. She cooks some great breakfast every morning and offers several options to choose from.
It’s just two minutes from the Royal Crescent and about 8 from the center.
