Excellent Social distancing measureS in place.

Excellent Social distancing measureS in place. Excellent informative display info. And then go and look at the artist studios in the back streets of St.Ives and chat to artists ! Cheaper to buy work at their home studios if you have a car !

Fantastic gallery but I personally did not like the main artist on display during my visit. Her work did nothing for me and the amount of space left to other artists was too limited. I felt that many people visitng St Ives do so for other reasons ie seaside, and they will go to the gallery to be underwhelmed by what is now on display. A little more emphasis on local work would have been lovely.

Great Location within easy reach to town center, Tate St Ives and surfing school with sizable the car park nearby (can be busy in the first half of the day but if you are arriving in the evening, there's normally plenty of spaces available. Fab view onto the harbor and town center. Entrance code locks are very convenient - no need to worry about the time of arrival, or having a key with you. Nicely decorated clean rooms as well as functional kitchen area - got everything you need for a comfortable stay,

Great location in the heart of St Ives, so close to the beaches, restaurants and Tate St Ives. Really enjoyed watching the world go by from the window seats, exploring St Ives and the flexibility to cook and eat at home. As described the property is small, but there was plenty of room for our needs with good sized kitchen and shower room. Main bedroom and sofa bed were both comfy

Amazing views out over Porthmeor beach and the ocean. Very close to Tate St Ives and within easy walking distance to Barbara Hepworth’s wonderful house and garden. Clean and bright, Ten Ocean View is a gem of a guest house.

Very clean and tidy, rooms a tad small but fine, reasonable bed. Parking local, rather expensive as I expected but handier than I expected. Well placed for visiting Tate St Ives and the sculpture garden and finding restaurents to eat in

The breakfast was excellent & the serving staff were delightful & very friendly. The location enables easy strolls to most areas of St Ives. The Tate St Ives & Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden are wonderful places to visit. Real ale enthusiasts should try the Pilchard Press micro pub.

Location was very good. Quite near Tate St Ives. St Ives is on an incline so be ready for a bit of a trek up slope but considering the relative short distance from the harbout , this location is ideal. Very walkable. The bed was cosy . There is parking available on request at a nominal price.

The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The accommodation is in such a fantastic location - a stone's throw from the beaches, really close to Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth House/Garden, and to local eateries. It's also quiet at night - so no trouble getting to sleep. All in all a comfortable stay and a very happy holiday! We would definitely recommend.
