The reason I give highest point is that there's a common space on the ground floor of this building (lower entrance). There's a nice washroom and piano and very nicely air-conditioned. Nice area for taking a rest from walking around.

The rooms are simple but clean and very quiet, the beds are comfy, and the shower pressure is good. The location is also great—a 2 km walk to the center or a short Uber ride, but there are very few tourists around and a genuine feel of the city. There is a pretty decent gym, too—dumbbells up to 20 kg, yoga mats, and some cardio machines.

Since it is quite an old hotel, you can see its age in the bathroom facilty. But nevertheless, it was a comfortable stay. Its right next to the metro so easy to get about. The room was comfortable and the staff are world class they went above and beyond to secure a spot for me at a restaurant, pre-ordered the dish that I mentioned I wanted to try so it does not run out and walked me to the restaurant so I don't get lost.
