Veoma zahtjevan uspon kada se krene od mora sa "nule" do vidikovca na Vošcu koji je na 1422 mnv. Prelijep masiv. Super pogled sa vrha Sv. Jure. Preporuka da se krene oko 5 ujutro jer treba nekih 4 sata do vrha zbog velike visinske razlike.

Absolutely "must seen" in Makarska.
Absolutely "must seen" in Makarska. But only for people without fear of heights ;) Entrance 50 kuna. A ride up top lasts about hour and requires good driving skills. On a top a little bit colder then in the city.

I think the Biokovo Mountain is incredible.
I think the Biokovo Mountain is incredible. They are stunning & take my breath away everytime I gaze at them. You can climb them too, but if you want a serious climb, I'd probably recommend a guided climb to start with.

To the peak Sveti Jure you can walk directly from "ground...
To the peak Sveti Jure you can walk directly from "ground zero", you have two options and you can make a "giro" route. For cyclists you go to Biokovo national park (pay entrance fee) and then you cycle to the top. From Makarska-riva 32 km, avg.grade 6-7%. Expect winds and cold weather so take something warm with you for downhill + something to drink&eat, because on top there is nothing!!except one shelter, but I do not know opening hours. There is one mini hut beside road, it may be open on weekends.SašaSlovenia

We were welcomed by the enchanting smell of pines and rosemarry and our host Bozica-a lovely young lady! She was super sweet and very helpful. The property itself is very well kept. There is a nice yard upfront with bbq area and lounge which is avaliable for all the guests. The room we stayed in was ultra modern, clean and fully equiped. Deffinetly recommend this place!

I loved the concept of having a digital balance and to use it for lunch, dinner or at a bar. The place is quiet even in August because it is not in the central part of the city, so, if like us, you wake up very early in the morning and you need a good night sleep, this is perfect.
