Situated on Grand Canal Square in the heart of Dublin’s business and cultural quarter, The Marker features a ground-floor cocktail bar & brasserie, free WiFi and a spa with 5 treatment rooms and a... Service excellent staff friendly and helpful and wow the restaurant food just ace 😀
Next to the river, this 4-star hotel overlooks the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Guests can enjoy its spacious rooms, 22-metre swimming pool, and health club, just 10 minutes’ walk from the 3 Arena. It was pretty close to city center, easy commuting to any place. Staff was friendly.
Overlooking the River Liffey, The Spencer Hotel is 10 minutes from the famous O'Connell Bridge and 20 minutes from the Temple Bar and Grafton Street. I loved the location near the tram stop and bus station. The room was very spacious and clean.
Comprised of 2 restored listed Georgian buildings, The Ferryman Townhouse overlooks the River Liffey. Good-value rooms and a lively pub and carvery lunch are just a mile from Dublin’s centre. Great location overlooking the Liffey. Just downstairs is the pub but great soundproofing .
Best Arena venue I've been in. Very well organised queuing system to go in, and well marshaled ques for the Luas coming out. Views of stage seem good from any angle. And the show kept to the advertised time.
30 min walk from the centre along the river. Easy to get to, Plenty of food and drink outlets inside. Shaped in arc around the stage so no trouble seeing the act + screens. Queues at toilets but only the same as any other venue. For the women able to take larger handbags in the venue subject to search. Seats were comfy if you fancied a sit down.
I was here on Saturday 13th April at Shawn Mendes concert with my 15 year old daughter who is a wheelchair user. The staff at the event were first class and done everything to help us before and after the event I couldn’t say a bad word about that but the disabled seating area was disgraceful and definitely needs attention. As in every concert people stand up and that’s ok I’ve no problem with that but it meant then that my daughter could not see the stage and had to watch the concert on the screen. The wheelchair area needs to be on a higher platform from the row in front in order for wheelchair bound customers to at least get a glimpse of what was happening on stage.
Very efficient, friendly bar staff, good line of sight to stage from pretty much everywhere. However, make sure you know which part of the arena your entrance is on. We walked along the river bank and the entrances weren’t signposted at all.
Awful arena for a concert. Sold too many tickets and ended up pushed to the back by the bar. This meant that we couldn’t hear the band! Very annoyed and disappointed as we travelled from Wales to see the band!
Take the Luas from the City centre to the 3 Arena ( the stop is called The Point on the Luas map) . You queue after the concert for your return trip but the queues are managed really well and are fast moving . Make sure to buy your return ticket at the ticket machine before you get on the Luas
The staff were very friendly and helpful and its in a good location for 3arena concerts.
Great hotel in a great location - perfect for attending a show at 3Arena.
