Staffs are very polite and welcoming. If you are visiting Odaiba/bayside area, this is the perfect location as everything is within close proximity. Would have been better if they have public bath.

I chose this hotel mainly for the price so I wasn’t expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was clean and serviceable with friendly staff and a decent breakfast. I had never been to Gotanda before, but I really liked the vibe—lots of little bars and restaurants, but the area around the hotel is quiet. It was close to Shinagawa too, which was nice because we were heading west on the Shinkansen the next morning.
