Got washing and dryer combo for laundry, induction cooktop, dehymidifier, etc. A view of the Odawara castle was a plus. Short walk to train station (JR, bullet train and Hakone Tazon line) and bus interchange so getting to Hakone was very easy. Alot of restaurants nearby, eg. Minaka and other street food. Staff was super helpful, friendly and speaks sufficient English. Also can hire ebikes at reception.KKAustralia

It is kept clean(although there were flies flying around the bathroom sometimes). There weren’t many guests at the time that I stayed so I didn’t have to worry about the lights or the noise.
