The location is good, beside saga station which is so convenient. The room is relatively larger by japan standard and is comfortable. It had easy access to the JR Kyushu Saga Station/Saga-eki Bus Center, as well as a good variety of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. When I stayed here, there was a substantial rainstorm which caused a major change in my travel plans. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and allowed me to adjust my booking (though I did have to change rooms) with no issues.SamJapan
