If you use Nihonbashi station, its a mostly straight walk out of exit B1. You can also walk there directly from the Yaesu exit of Tokyo station. It would take 15 ~ 30 minutes depending on your pace. I stayed in a double room. The room set-up was what I expected from a business hotel. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though my room faced the major road and high-way, there was almost no noise. There is a 7/11 just across the road but otherwise it seems to be a business area.
