Nice to see it from the top - from the viewpoint on the mountain road above it. Island itself is closed so no point of actually driving down there and paying for parking (very expensive). The beach near island is ok - not too bad and not too good, but expensive as hell.

You can visit only from 12 to 4 pm and only with a guide, but it's too hot to visit at those hours and it's the most expensive town from the soroundings. In the end it's not worthed,we enjoied visiting Perast more.

And you can also walk to the Old Town in 10 minutes from the seaside. You can go to Sveti Stefan from the bus stop which is just 100 meters away. The hotel rooms are very clean. And the staff are very polite.

Helped us arrange airport transfers and local taxis, gave us directions to budva and bus info for Sveti Stefan. Nothing was ever too much for them and they were always there if you need anything. Room was really clean and views were amazing! Short walk <10 minute down hill to a Sandy beach with nice bars and cheap sun loungers (<€10). Would highly recommend!

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, we didn't miss anything during our stay. Walking distance from the old town, many shops and restaurants nearby. By car we quickly reached many beaches around Budva - Jaz, Sveti Stefan, Becici, Kamenovo, Trsteno, Ploce. The hosts are very friendly and help with tips and ideas for an even better stay in Budva. We would definitely recommend it to families who decide to visit Montenegro!AnaBulgaria

Spacious room with everything you could need and brilliant aircon! Perfect location for visiting the beach and lots of local restaurants in Becici. Also very handy for catching the local mini bus to Budva and Sveti Stefan as a stop is right outside hotel when leaving via the elevator to the beach. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning soon.

We were in April so not all "attractions" were available eg. swimming pool, but we were not there to spend time in swimming pool. Great location to visit south of Montenegro (Kotor, Lovcen, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj) and also Dubrovnik. Walking distance to Sveti Stefan. Sergei, the owner very helpful and kind. We were 10 days, no issues no problems.

You can see the old town, the sea, Sv. Nikola island and the high moutains around. You can even see Sv. Stefan island with a scope. The cleaning lady brought us clean towels and offered to take out the trash every day, which I havent experienced in any such accomodations only hotels. She doesnt speak any foreign languages but we sorted out everything miming.

Hosts and staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi worked very well in all places on the location. The swimming pool area was very good and clean. Not long walk to the Becici beach but even better to take a early drive to the amazing Sveti Stefan beach and take the morning swim there.Jon AriIceland
