Better to visit morning, take a breakfast there and do shopping. FYI stores close at noon, but I have no idea for how long. BTW, it is better to use taxi for easy drop off and pick up instead of parking your car in the parking area because it is a quite distance.

As this is a "souq" ( a market place), it offers a lot of cultural stuff from clothes, gold, pearl and all types of jewelries and accessories, household items, linens and more. It is surrounded by restaurants and hotels.

Fridays are busiest, please remember, this is a Muslim country, respect their cultures and traditions, western woman should be respectful and dress conservatively. Yes its hot but you can manage for a few hours to leave your hot pants and crop tops at the hotel. You are not impressing anyone by coming half dressed. This is a must see on your trip to Doga

Too big market , make sure which part of market you need to visit . Lots of food stuff . Turkish Ice cream was a great fun for the kids . Markets opens after 4pm . Don’t go early otherwise you need to visit again like me :)

Even though it was Ramadan, you could eat in one of the restaurants in the hotel. We lived in Doha years ago and we find this hotel easily accessable to all the places of our interests. Price is perfect for what they offered. Such a pitty we couldn't use the pool this time, but we will definitely come back again. We even get welcome chocolates and fruits, very nice gesture.

Location is good, it is close to the city center and metro just 23 minutes of walk. Also you can walk straight by the seaside till the Bidda Park and Souq Waqif which among the must see. Hotel has its private beach area, provide with towel, sunbed and umbrella. I appreciate the hospitality and help of reception, so also cleaning was beyond expectation. Many thanks to the administration. I will be back soon again.

We arrived on an early morning flight , arriving at the hotel before 7am, but the staff were very helpful and got our room ready for 08.30.

The location was also excellent with the hotel being close to many historical attractions such as Souq Waqif, National Musuem of Qatar, Al-Corniche and the hotel is also not too far from Hamad International Airport with it only being a 20 minute distance by car. Room was also very spacious with a very large comfy bed to have a good nights sleep.
