Big room with extra comfortable master bed. The additional bed/sofa was unfortunatelly was rather small and hard, however still suitable for kids. The loaction is great - peaceful and away from the town. Big parking and warm welcome by the reception staff.

This place is ideal for walks in the open and to enjoy the Thermal water spa OLIMIA which is the main attraction, the whole area is green and peaceful. It's a relaxing area with little to do as far as nightlife or events other than sports. Most hotels offer a generous buffet for dinner and breakfast even for people that are not staying as guests.

If you’re in the area definitely check out Olime Springs.
If you’re in the area definitely check out Olime Springs. The spa centre is great however prepare to strip off and bare all for the experience! Highly recommend despite being caught by surprise by the nudity policy. Also stop by the local deer farm to feed them by hand.

Tidy and cute village with best spa placed in wonderful nature surrounding. Wonderful gastronomy is all around, wether for snack or for lunch/dinner. Train station in he center of the village conects it to the rest of the country.
Loved everything! Friendly staff. All details shared dyring check in. One of their pools was not working for the weekend so they gave us free usage of all other pools for the weekend. Great room with the balcony overviewing the forest. Restaurant with enough tables, excelent food choices and great staff. Loved the hotel location and plenty walking/hiking options. Parking is available and free of charge. Bathrobes and pool bags are available in the room. All the pools are connected with below ground corridors.
My friend and I had a reservation for a room for one night with breakfast included. The wellness area is nice, also very clean and cozy. We were especially happy with the food, both at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was especially good with a lot of homemade products and interesting meals such as the deer pate and pumpkin jam. Also, the hotel is located in a beautiful area with a lot of natural surroundings and animals. During our stay, we got to feed the deer and walk to a nearby viewpoint.
We loved the underground tunnel connecting the places as it makes it great for accessing pools in case of bad weather or in winter times.
Great outdoor aquatic center with loads of pools for kids, which was awesome.
Good dedicated gluten free restaurant Lipa with plenty of options for celiacs and awesome GF desserts (especially recommend those cakes as they are superb!).
Very nice well equipped house with two comfortable bedrooms just a short drive or walk to Terme Olimia. We had a wonderful stay in february, it must be great to enjoy the terrace in summer. The kitchen is very well equipped for priper cooking. the communication with the owner was quick and without any problems. We highly recommend 👍
We had a very warm welcome from our host, the apartment was fully equipped and ready for our stay. Breakfast is fully stocked fridge with fresh and local products, restocked daily, enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner :-) Very kid friendly. Excellent for exploring the surroundings (Podčetrtek, Olimje...). Highly recommended.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel, surrounded by delightful surprises. The terrace offered breathtaking views, perfect for relaxation. The peaceful pond with graceful fish added to the tranquil ambiance. And who could resist the charming goats grazing behind the hotel? A truly enchanting experience I won't forget!
The price was good for providing two separate bedrooms. Getting to the Spa area is a 20 minute stroll on pedestrians/ bike road only. There is a parking spot next to the house. For your information: key collection is at one of the hotels in the main spa area.
amazing spot on property with nice porch facing walkway to therme with sound of fountain and trees. keys are at hotel reception up a little hill but pretty walk next to pond. having kitchen was nice but buffet in hotel on other side of therm was very good,
If you want to be close Olimia Terme and hotel is expensive for you, or you prefer an apartment, this is a right place. Apartment was super clean, nice and well maintained, the garden is beautiful. I highly reccomend this place in area of Podčetrtek.
The spa is ok equipped. And it's nice. It's very awesome to have animals at this place that you can feed (although you buy food to feed their animals). The air is perfect, and the view and position. It's not so far from Olimia center.
Great stay in Slovenia. Comfortable and clean apartment in a really convenient location. You even get a discount on some of the local attractions. Staff were amazing, always smiling and really helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasent (despite all the "negative" comments I am going to point out)
The apartment was the perfect size, the grounds are beautiful, and the breakfasts are amazing! Katja and Jan take such great care of their guests! I will definitely come back next time I’m in Slovenia.
I really liked the breakfast and dinner. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Wellness and saunas are superb, some of the best in the whole area (Slovenia, Italy and Austria).
