We are a family of 5 and it worked great. The apartment has three single beds tucked away on either side of the apartment, so each child has their own little 'nook'. Private outdoor balcony and view of the valley including the Lake Bled castle. A short walk (20 min) or drive (2 min) away from the Vintgar Gorge hike. 4-minute drive into Bled. Very convenient. Friendly host.

Karin, the host was super nice, gave us recos for the aera. Close to main road for Spar, but still very quiet on a nice side street. Private parking very handy too. Great to have wifi for booking tickets for excursions such as Vintgar Gorge. Friendly hosts. And we are just 3 or 4 people in one room, which made my trip even more comfortable. Plus, it is really close to Bled lake, the church and the city center so everything was accessible by foot. It is even possible to walk to Vintgar Gorge (45mn walk).
