Excellent location, close to Surin Beach (1-minute walk), 7/11 across the street and next to a great Thai restaurant called Madams. Bang Tao night market is close by and a must-visit. Strong WIFI, a comfy bed, a fridge in the room and 2 bottles of free water daily. The staff were very helpful.

Location was amazing to me. Friendly staff that you can ask anything. Love to be surrounded by local people and the Muay Thai gym. Loved the bungalow.
Pool was less pretty then I thought but beaches where very close by. Also alot of building projects in the area, nothing this place can stop ofcourse.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

2 minutes walking to the beach however its not a pretty walk due to construction sites. 7/11 is a 3 minute walk away.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

Clean sandy treelined beach with local stalls selling various food and drinks. Sun beds and chairs/loungers available to hire. There are a couple of beach bars at one end but lacks cafes and bars. Not much happening once the sun goes down as local area lacks decent bars and restaurants outside of hotels. Most of Surins nightlife is focused along the busy main road. The beach was not so nice - lots of plastic and junk.
The beach was not so nice - lots of plastic and junk. The ocean was quite rough the days we were there and even when the weather was better it was not such an inviting beach. Some of the resorts are up a big hill. Outrigger was positioned well to access the shops and the beach. It was a 400 b ride in a Tok Tok to Patong each way.

I think it is the nicest beach in Phuket, Not too crowded, very cozy, good size, great for Snorkelling around the rocks. and bonus inside tip, there is a private beach right around the corner which is not very easily accessible which you can swim to. It’s a nice little apartment in a good location but the cleaning of both the apartment and the public areas needed to be more thorough. We would walk down every day to Surin Beach which is a gorgeous beach, not too crowded, and where you can find so many casual restaurants and food stalls. It’s very boutique and if you’re looking for some more liveliness then perhaps this isn’t your hotel or area. Surin beach is for chill, swim, reading books etc (basically recharge)and you can certainly do those things at Outrigger Surin. Special shout out to Ao and Matt who I dealt with mainly on reception.
