The stay itself is a unique experience. Staff are very well trained and very attentive to guests, they all have shown us true East African natural hospitality.

Everything else was OK but not spectacular. In our case we were particularly disorganised about all our park permits as we self organised the trip, not using a safari company, and a flight delay took our park entry past 6 PM. It was all sorted with help from the hotel but then we were fortunate to have got the mobile phone number of a particularly helpful manager; this turned a potentially disasterous trip into a great one!NickUnited Kingdom
