I was not sure who owned the property.
I was not sure who owned the property. My family made a special trip to visit the garden by taking 1 hoir train ride to the garden. Since it was 2 days before Christmas the weather was not cold and windy. At the gate we found out it would cost us around $150 for our family to to see a garden where no flowers blooming and everything looked grey. Bu honest mistake we entered a building to use the bathroom. Behold there were 4 staff members standing outside accused us trespassing. This is a place well known for the big events that are hosted in NYC and it is kept up very well and clean and well guarded , you are not able to actually go in unless there is an event but it is a nice place to tale pictures and there are some many great restaurants in the area so its a win win all around!

If you are disabled in any way it is very hard to maneuver...
If you are disabled in any way it is very hard to maneuver around. When event is over they close most elevators and make people with canes stand around waiting, instead of opening all elevators. It was awful and both myself and everyone in line also felt it was a fire hazard.ElizabethUnited States

Staffs were all so nice. We couldn’t wait for breakfast the day we had to leave, the staff on duty packed us some breakfast bags to go and handed them over to my mom while she was trying to check out. Whoever that staff was, THANK YOU.
