It was wonderful!
It was wonderful! The first day we were there the line was two hours long to get at ticket and get on the boat. We went back early the next day at 9am and only had to wait a few minutes. It does not help to buy tickets online for this excursion.Gayle - 10Scored 10

it was fantastic, you will get wet so do not dress fancy, but that is part of it, take a small towel for camera, phone, pad etc you will enjoy, buy your ticket at the gate our tour was a lot dearer and not worth it, you do get a waterproof cagool ?

This will make your trip.
This will make your trip. Run toward the bow for maximum views...and drenching. The sound of the falls and the force of the "mist" (quaint little name, that, for the pounding pellets of water!) are magnificent. The line is very long. I wouldn't bet on the 15-minute wait they claim, and only one boat was running on the American side (funny how the Canadians were running multiples with much fewer crowds).

If you visit Niagara Falls take one of the maid of mist tours. It will save you alot of walking and if you don't have a passport you will still get to see the Canadian side of the Falls. Definitely worth the moneyKKen173611United States - 10Scored 10

There are restaurants near the hotel and excellent pizza across the road. The area surrounding the hotel was touristy, as expected, but you were tucked away and it felt quiet and calm. Our room was on the 6th floor and you could see snippets of the river.
