I loved the Hosts. Mutinta and her husband Ed are really warm and the kindest people. They were kind enough to give us clear directions to their property as we got lost trying to find the place on Google Maps. They both patiently waited for us at the house to give us the keys and explain the functionality of their Apartment. The place is quite secure in the middle of the chaos of Lusaka. Very clean. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. It's very close to the CBD and Lewanika Mall is just right there if you need to do some shopping. My family and I were there and loved everything about our stay. It's Quite a comfy and well thought out apartment.

The very spacious appartement is located in a quiet, save neighborhood. The hostess is living next door and the trees and plants in the garden which is guarded by a magnificent rooster with his hens gave us a homey feeling. Internet has a good and fast connection and there are a lot of TV channels activated. The local power-cuts are covered with a hotspot and gas cooking. All the daily needs can be covered within a walking distance and the basics like water, cooking oil, pasta, rice, cornflakes and even small goodies are provided by the hostess. She is very aware to give you the best time and has a lot of knowledge about not only this area and its economical connections, is always up for a good talk and gave us a warm and caring feeling. Great Place! Manager, Ricon do good job. He took care about US just the way we dreamt of. Actually it was the best service we encountered on Africa. Spacious room, working tv ;) , bar well equiped. On the middle of front, nice small ponad with frog. Basic breakfast, but enough for the start (Edna is a good cook).the owner even made a nice gestue, sat with us and chat. We were touched when the Guys, hearing that i love mango, brought ones from their Garden. And there is receptionist-when we were leaving she called us a yango cab and talked to the driver asking him to deliver us safetely (it was a bus station) We didnt want to leave! If ever in Lusaka-we stay again!
