I spent 5 nights at Grand Siwa and loved the place at the foothills of the mountains! Very nice and comfortable room, fantastic and varied breakfast cooked by Emad, warm and so friendly welcome that you feel at home immediately! Thank you so much Ali, Emad and Yasser for this rejuvenating holiday! I will come back:):)

Located in Siwa, Talist Siwa is a family-owned eco lodge that offers a Siwian-style accommodation huts, a swimming pool, a restaurant with an external terrace and a relaxing lounge.

All rooms are fitted with Bedouin, handmade carpeted floors. Each one includes a small window and comes with a private bathroom.

Absolutely everything! Atmosphere just like home. I really like that they have chickens and ducks and sitting and watching them is very relaxing. There’s a special bungalow for yoga & meditation sessions and if someone looking for everyday yoga practice this bungalow will be the hotspot. Hospitality is 100+ I was really surprised. Cleanliness is everywhere. The bungalows, common areas and grounds are very clean and this was a huge plus for me especially when you came after Cairo))

Albabenshal is conveniently located in the center of Siwa below the old fortress. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus station. The design of the lodge has been done well with simplicity and using local resources to create an inviting, unique and restful place to stay. The staff are welcoming and accommodating from room arrangements to helping us arrange outings on the day of. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Siwa.

When I stayed at the eco-lodge on Taghaghien island in the middle of the lake, I found it to be a great mix of nature and fun. The huts were cozy and fit in well with the surroundings. I went kayaking, joined some organized trips, and enjoyed tasty food made with local ingredients. The staff cared a lot about the environment, which was nice. Plus, I got to do buggy rides, safaris, and boat stuff, making it an awesome trip for anyone who loves nature and adventure.

Panta Lodge offers a very comfortable and quiet accommodation in beautiful environment. Mohamed was very attentive and was very helpful. Our air conditioning was not working on one particular occasion, when we let Mohamed know he was dealing with it immediately. We were only without air conditioning for approximately 20 minutes at the most. It is a very clean and relaxed atmosphere here and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities and atmosphere to relax with amazingly wonderful rock mountain and lake view. Friendly staffs and cute dogs :) Delicious breakfast. Even though there are some restrictions on using of water and electricity like other ecolodges, but you can effortlessly accept this as a part of Siwa life 😀

Owner, Ahmed, was helpful and friendly. Apartment looks like in the pictures. Safari tour organised by Ahmed was amazing. Didnt get to thank our driver Syaheed (not sure if that's spelt correctly) but he's the best driver in Siwa! Also, Ahmed acceded to our late check out request and went the extra mile to help acquire our bus tickets to Cairo!

Talist is a perfect place for staying in Siwa. Every detail has been thought through carefully. Breakfast was exceptional! It's a family place and from the first moment you feel like you are part of the family. It's an ecolodge in the dessert that runs on solar power, so from time to time it could happen that there's a problem with electricity or warm water, but the staff is very attentive and they do their best to solve your problem as fast as they could.

We were pleasantly surprised that our room offered an electrical outlet and hot water. We thought that the hotel being an ecolodge would not have electricity or hot water. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The views from the hotel are Instagram worthy. We would definitely stay again. Unique and fun experience.
