The lodge was absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet setting, we were greeted by Leigh on arrival who was so friendly and helpful and left a little welcome hamper and some breakfast essentials. Everything was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend for a stay away in a home away from home.

It was a perfect place to stay for a large family for a long weekend away. Ample bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. Large dining table which was great for our family meals if we didn't eat out. Would definitely return to Caxton Lodge. I was greeted by David the owner who was very friendly and helpful and it was a very nice gesture as we was left with tea, coffee, sugar and milk for when we arrived.

We stayed in one of the big lodges which was really nice. It had a full size fridge and freezer and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen which was great with there being 10 of us. Rooms were as spacious as can be and beds were comfy.
