How big it was and how it was cozy to fit my family. General cleanliness was good throughout the lodge and it was continuously warm I never felt a shiver I also like the fact that dogs were allowed as it made it a lot easier on me

Friendly, welcoming, arrived during a lively Halloween party, with live music. Though the rooms in the small lodges were sound proofed, so did not hear much

Fab location straight off M6 and only 25 minutes to Keswick. Lovely “cabin lodge” aesthetic which is particularly good in Autumn with the open fire welcoming you in the main reception area. Staff were friendly and efficient. There are 6 ev charging points too! Room was nice- not overly special but clean and comfortable enough.

I liked that the lodge was open and airy, was well equipped and lots of storage. Ample parking. The children's play areas were good.

Lovely, well equipped lodge.. beautiful location. Great facilities everything provided that was needed. The outside door could have been dusted a bit. However the inside was very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this stay lodge to family and friends... Thank you so much... I will definitely return for another visit.

Cleone was very accommodating from our first day even when we had arrived slightly later than planned due to train strikes. The lodge was very comfortable and beautifully located, nice and peaceful and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a lovely scenic view and a quiet weekend away!

Everything was fabulous, rooms very spacious and comfortable with a lovely dash of quirky-ness! As seasoned B&B lodgers, these are the properties that are the most enjoyable to reside at. Philip & Linda were perfect hosts and very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and overall, 10 out of 10 stay

Great location. Nice lodges, good enclosed area for the dog. Beds were quite comfy - I’m 33 weeks pregnant and coped very well on them! Very busy but impressively quiet after 9/10pm considering it was bank holiday.

My family loved the safari lodge and Mary kindly put in breakfast stuff as they didn't have a car, she also booked the walk with the llamas and kids loved it. Only thing was the karma cafe not being open meant they had to go in to penrith but otherwise, they loved it and would def. come again. they loved the toy llamas that Mary organised and left in the safari lodge with their names on them...
