The team were wonderful and so kind to us. They accidentally upgraded us to the apartment room which was amazing. It had a little lounge and overlooked the property. It is a bit rustic but then thats what we expected. They allowed us to stay in the upgraded room for the whole stay.

Putu gave us a tour of his expansive family farm while Nengha cooked up amazing meals. The views are spectacular! Only a short scooter trip from the Jatiluwih rice fields. The whole team is extremely friendly and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer at this calm and authentic place. Dewi is such a lovely person and made us feel at home from the first minute. The location is beautiful, between plantations and rice fields with nice view from the rooms. The village is accessible by foot, and you can also walk directly in the rice fields from the lodge. It is a really quiet place, in the middle of nature. There are some gardens that produce vegetables and herbs that are used daily for cooking, and the food is amazing ! It is a family business, and everyone was helpful and super nice ! We recommend 200% staying with Mende and Santi :)

A wonderful place run by a super hands-on couple that are very passionate about their offering. Santi makes the most delicious meals, using only fresh natural ingredients. Made took us sightseeing and was only too happy to share his knowledge. Great views and walks through the rice fields and local village. We hope to visit again. By then the puppy Mars should be all grown up, watched over by his older brother, Bruno.

The lodges are in a beautiful natural place, near the scenic but not crowded Subak Piak Ricefields, and also near Batukaru temple (you can go to both by foot). The breakfast and dinner were delicious (thanks for the lak lak and dadar!). Dewi and her husband are adorable, they will take care of you (but without being intrusive), and they can organise activities like Trek, cooking class... Thank you so much!
