Great location, close to slopes and downtown area. Incredibly cozy, felt like something out of a dream. I couldn’t believe how nice it was inside! Truly felt like a home. The breakfast spread was amazing, staff was friendly and very accommodating, rooms were large, and whole place was well heated (this was great as it was FREEZING in niseko at the time). At the price point offered I don’t think this place can be beat and is likely a better place to stay than alternatives that cost 3-4x as much. I will definitely stay here again if I can!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, there was a free ride from the JR station and to the ski resort in the morning, the food was delicious, the chef was charming and an expert at his craft, and the hotel had toys for kids to play with - snowball-makers, sleds, and things like that. Great location and comfortable beds too.

The owners were very kind and picked us up from the train station at late notice as we didn't have a car. They also dropped us off in town for some food and a trip to the local onsen, for which they gave us free tickets included with the stay.
