The breakfast and dinner were really good. The views are stunning. The lodge is in a remote location, very close to the top of sani pass. Staff very friendly and helpful, making up a fire in the room and coming the next morning to bring hot water if we wanted, as the pipes had frozen during the night. Note that the lodge is 8km from Sani Pass, and is 3km from the main road on a rough and ready track, although no 4x4 required, high clearance would be better. Bring cash as no card payment available.

Frozen water, so you can not even was yourself, no attemt to isolate water pipes. This place is shit, even for a backpacker. Will never ever stay here again or recomend to anyone. No clear name bord on road or direction into the lodge. No normal vhicle can drive to the lodge, must have a high vhicle to access the lodge, no mention of that in the add. Never had such a bad experience. Did not receive invoice.
