Our night was excellent experience. We arrive about 1 hour before dark, so we could enjoy pool and some animals walking around the place (yes - antelopes and oistriches just few meters from us). The place is super clean and quiet. Wifi works all around (bungallows, pool area, main building). The dinner was amazing 3-course choice with desert. A lot of choice of wines and other drinks. Breakfast was touch of paradise - sitting at terrace, sun raising up and animals walking around...

Featuring a swimming pool, a lounge and bar and a number of hiking and mountain biking trails, Otjiwa Safari Lodge is situated 30 minutes’ drive from Otjiwarongo on a game farm with 25 game species.

The lodge offers modern rooms and self-catering chalets. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with bath, and the chalets include a lounge, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The newly renovated lodge was much better than anticipated and as rated. We can certainly recommend the lodge, especially the cottages which are much bigger than stated at booking.com. Food was the best we had in Namibia. Most staff were very responsive and friendly.

Great lodge in perfect location for stopover between Etosha and Windhoek. Everything is well organised and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have an excellent platform to watch their game and look up at the Milky Way. They also have bigger animals on their game drives including rhino and giraffe.

We were looking for a nice place to relax for a few days after many months of travelling and we’re so happy we chose Out of Africa Lodge. We didn’t leave the place for 3 days. It was just perfect. Spacious without being too big or impersonal, lovely staff, well maintained pool area, good food and a really big room with a garden outside. It was all we needed and more! Really really great experience!

Wonderful place and great meals, the rooms are generous but can get a little too hot. Otherwise great ambience and lovely staff and mouthwatering food. We were upgraded to the Lodge from the guesthouse which was very nice. Good location for access to the plateau and cheetah experience and not too far to get back to Windhoek.
