The hosts are lovely people, passionate about nature and their projects at la bambouseraie. The breakfasts were made on the spot and deliciously fresh, and the house we stayed in had the most beautiful view to enjoy in hammocks. Attention to details, fresh water, cleaning of the room every day... Nothing to say!

To experience something you always need transportation (scooter, car, taxi) because the busses don’t go often and the road is not bituminized. There is also not many shops or restaurants in town. The food in the lodge is prepared freshly by the mum which makes it take a little longer but it’s delicious. They were all fun to be around, especially the kids.

The cabins are large and clean and the food is delicious! The eco lodge itself is gorgeous, easy access to the lake for swimming and kayaking and not far from the San Ramon waterfall hike. All and all a great place to stay ! We look forward to returning!
