Located in Bastimentos, Eclypse de Mar Acqua Lodge offers private bungalows and rooms with individual hammocks and stairs that provide access to the ocean. A restaurant is also on site.

A private terrace is offered in each bungalow at Aqua Lodge. A glass panel is inside the bungalows, which guests can use to obverse marine wildlife under their feet. Impressive sunsets and sea views can also be enjoyed from each unit.

Everything was just marvelous - the cabin was very comfortable and clean (and showering with rainwater was pure bliss), the food and drinks at the restaurant were to die for, the location in the jungle by the sea is spectacular, but most importantly, the staff are just wonderful! Maxi and his wife were such lovely hosts. They went out of their way to make sure that we had all the info that we needed about the area, including access to the surfbreaks, which was very much appreciated. Lovely treehouses that were built with love and thought by the owners. Very eco-minded, which we support 100 percent. The cabin was suspended in the jungle in a very quiet location, yet close to the beaches, which were a 5 minute walk away. Every day we could hear the Howler monkeys in the distance and hear and see the wide variety of tropical birds. Listening to the sounds of nature was so peaceful. We loved our stay there!

Great hospitality and a quiet jumping-off point to explore Bocas. We loved the view, the eco aspect, and kayaking through the mangroves. Thank you also to the hosts for being so helpful as Bocas takes a bit of know-how for a first-timer - they helped us book tours and water taxis.
