Without doubt, Quality inn hotel is one of great and Favorite Hotel to stay in Kigali.Upon Arrival we were warmly welcomed by staff and General Manager.the Staff was extremely Friendly, The restaurant was very Flexible and Delicious Food( I appreciated this). The Room was very clean and Nice, but what I love the most about Room is a great Balcony with City views. This Hotel is a True Example of Excellent Hospitality.

I liked that the room was quite cozy and intimate as well. The ambience was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helped with getting a cab, other things I needed.TobiSolo traveller

The facility also met my expectations save that there was no fridge in my room. I did not take breakfast since I was fasting though I was warmly invited by Grace. In all it was a great experience. She exhibits great Hotel Hospitality and made sure that I was well taken care of. Everyone at the Eagle View Lodge are so professional and welcoming. The massage is done by a Blind Lady…She is the Best… She has very strong and powerful hands. She is a Great professional who knows what she is doing. We not only got interesting information for places to see in Kigali, but Ernest also organized a safari for us that was a great experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a more than sufficient basis for all our activities well into the afternoon. We also liked the neighborhood very much.

In addition, there is a private bathroom. Our host welcomed us with tasty homemade donuts and delicious coffee.

Very laid back team offering flexibility to accommodate your needs. They accommodated an extra person and added a queen size bed to the room which was very helpful! Not many lodges or hotels would ever do this especially as was not an extra cost. The property has 2 dogs and a cat - which was a plus for us :)asmaaPeople with friends
