An excellent lodging with a prime location near Hoan Kiếm Lake, perfect for exploring Hanoi's old town. Numerous restaurants are in close proximity. The well-insulated room on the 4th floor offers ample storage, ensuring a peaceful stay with no street noise. While breakfast options are limited, they prioritize nutritious choices. The staff, particularly Ms. Anh Thư and Ms. An, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The kindness shown by the host was beyond any expectation. The location was perfect too, close to every place of interest in Ha Noi old quarter and the room was unbelievably beautiful, quiet and cozy in every sense. Definitely the best hotel I was lodged in my trip. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and its owner.

The peace and tranquility of the place. The general vibe and atmosphere of the lodge. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The chef cooked for me a Vietnamese dish that wasn't on the menu, thank you for making my stay the most comfortable possible.

The staff was extremely helpful. They arranged for early check-in and late checkout for us. Bellman Justin even helped me lodge a police report when my handphone was stolen. Don't get me wrong, Hanoi is very safe, my experience was just an isolated case.

It coincided with the Christmas season and Hanoi's winter so staying at Amaya Lodge really felt like being in another world! Room was extremely tidy and resort also felt really cosy.
