On arrivial the doorman was wonderful! He greeted us with a smile and kindly opened the door. Next was the receiptionist, she was super helpful and informative. She related some must see momuments informations and detail. She so help us booked a taxi for our departure and lastly She let us check in early into our room. When we enter the room, it was super clean great view and the mini-bar was great! I highly recommend this lodging as a first choice!

Bellman Justin even helped me lodge a police report when my handphone was stolen. Don't get me wrong, Hanoi is very safe, my experience was just an isolated case.
