I am very much unhappy with this place. Firstly the staff did not even know we were coming, we had to show them the proof of booking. The room they gave us was small and dirty, the bathroom shower taps were broken and there was no electricity.

Can’t understand how they could take my money if they weren’t prepared to wait for us to arrive in East London . Booking was made very late so there should be a cut off time. I phoned after making the booking to confirm , if I didn’t phone we would have arrived to a closed B&B

Even though on my arrival, they struggled to access my booking, they tried to be patient with me and did all in their strength to assist. The vehicle parking space is enough.

It’s a very safe and clean place, close to the beach for nice walks and (if you‘re lucky) whale watching. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. One of the best places we stayed on South Africa.
