Beautiful views of the waterfall from our unit. Quiet and peaceful. The host was amazing. Arrange a braai stand and extra for us to have a traditional South African get-together with friends. The lodge is well kept and super clean. Everything you can expect and more. The price was very reasonable. Absolutely a must visit.

Comfortable room, with spacious lounge area, fitted with a kettle and toaster and bar fridge- so good for basic self catering. An outside area/verandah with a view over the valley would be nice for a sundowner. The Shower had good water pressure and was roomy. I received a courtesy call from the lodge before my arrival, to check if i was still on track, which was appreciated. I forgot my charger in the room, and the lodge phoned me to say that they had found it- which was a very nice touch!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, amazing view and clean and very cozy in the chilly Hilton winter. We were so comfortable and warm and loved waking up to the sunrise with zebra outside the lodge. Would definitely return..

A lovely spacious, two bedroom lodge, ideal for our family of four. Great to be in the bush even though relatively close to Hilton. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We were visiting from overseas and it was great to have a firepit as well as an indoor fireplace. The large outside deck was perfect for meals and sundowners.

We loved the beautiful view and scenery from our lodge. The animals on the property were beautiful and very tame. The lodge itself was lovely and well equipped. We liked the design of the individual lodges and the space between them for privacy. Lovely deck overlooking the beautiful valley and Midmar dam in the distance.
