food definately not great ordered a platter rib and chicken wings for R400 85 percent of the plate was chips, also the ribs were cold and the chips were hot, which makes me believe my orde3r ws standing for awhile, we waited over 1 and a half hours for service. the food was not chef standards at the cost that they were charging. We only ate there as we had just done a long journey and did not want to venture out as we were tired. otherwise the staff and rooms were lovely, location lovely

The houses are great and there was even an electric blanket to warm the bed now in Wintertime. Even a fire was made in the evening in the house. Staff is very friendly. The boma was magnificent (usually lodges charge for the use of their boma, not Amadwala!). Our fire in our cabin was lit for us, and a good stack of wood left for us to use. The food was really delicious!
