The location is amazing, right on the banks of the Zambezi. The staff were amazing when we asked for a table close to the river on the terrace,they said we will find you a better one and put us on the top deck of the hotel's boat for our own private meal.

We had two blissful nights at this beautiful facility, and savored every moment we were there. The restaurant and bar areas provide lots of opportunities for enjoying views of the river, as does the sparking clean infinity pool. The food was good; the staff friendly and solicitous. The room and balcony couldn’t have been better. We also took the sunset cruise on the Livingston Princess and enjoyed that enormously also.

This was our second stay at Maramba River Lodge and as always it was a comfortable and welcoming stay. We even woke up to a hippo and elephant wandering past our cabin at night. The team are friendly and helpful and helped us organise tours in the area. There is a new restaurant area being built which will be great once finished.

I do not recommend it for any tourist They should turn into student accommodation not a lodge.I showered with cold water my entire stay.The breakfast was the worst.i can do better compared to what was prepared for me; I even missed the following day breakfast.The amount they charge do not correspond with the facility.The only nicest thing is the pool; it was big and clean.

The Staff are all amazing, they went above beyond expectations, “Jacqueline”was super throughout our stay, all staff tended to our every need, always friendly and smiling, would recommend small tips as they are much appreciated, after covid losses. we also booked a sunset cruise which was fabulous, we saw hippos and lots of other wildlife! breakfast and evening food was as delicious.DuncanYoung couple
