Amazing host who speaks English and wants to help with everything. He has great hear and hiking recommendations. Spa was great (Sauna, Steam room and relaxation room).

We've already stayed at lovna Hut five years ago and came back now. Same great experience. Boris is such a nice host providing yummy dinner and breakfast. He's truly a unique guy and a character. It was so much fun drinking with him and hearing stories from his life. It is very eco friendly with most of the power coming from hydro power. And the location and setting is simply magical - rustic hut in the middle of a forest, rivers nearby and the Rila mountain above you.

The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. Constantine and his wife are super hosts to begin with. They ensured we had all enquiries answered to their best knowledge. We ordered breakfast on one of the days and it was so delicious. We were even given the opportunity to try their homemade chilli and rakia. My friend and I definitely had 2 nights of good stay and will highly recommend this place for lodging.

I can't express how happy I am. Alina and Nikolai were extremely hospitable and friendly. We had a very nice time in the lodge. The location is beautiful. Right in the middle of nature, perfect place to have a relaxing getaway. Hiking trails are very accessible from there. I would totally come back.

We really enjoyed out stay in Malka Yurta. Perfect location for the hike to the Rila Lakes as it is just 10 min walk from the lift which brings you up to the start of the hike. The room and facilities were very good for a mountain lodge - quite clean. The food was in one word excellent! Really authentic local salads, soups, grill, fresh and very well prepared by the lodge keepers who are kind and really care to make you feel comfortable. They prepared a wonderful lunch for us to take on our hike to the lakes. All in all, recommended!

Very nice lodge in the middle of forest. Very closte to the Rila Lakes. Amazing restaurant with perfect food and wines!
