The area was tranquil and relaxing. The lodge was perfect in every way like being home from home and well kitted out. I will certainly look to book again unless my son moves from Warminster. I will certainly be recommending this lodge. Mum and husband have mobility issues but both managed extremely well. Mum is still telling me how much she loved the lodge and time away.
Nice and comfortable lodge. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff and clean.
Like the isolated nature of the lodge and how you felt like you were alone. I liked the interior of the lodges and how the jacuzzi was positioned for privacy
What a find. Forget your Travel Lodges or Premier Inns, this hotel was superb value for money and includes a cooked breakfast. Room was spotless as indeed were the hotel's corridors. Ate in the dining room during the evening. Had to wait for the slow cooked meat(s) to arrive but it was well worth the wait, everything was freshly prepared.
Really quiet and quiet peaceful setting, felt like the only people there as it was so private and quiet. Lodges we’re lovely and homely, clean, and comfortable, Hot tub was private and amazing!! Location was excellent!!
We stay in hotels and lodges etc quite frequently ,and the towels were definitely the softest and fluffiest we have ever had. The property is so comfortable and homely, with eclectic items in all rooms. The property looks much bigger when you actually see it,and with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms it's ideal for 6 people, we would definitely return. There is also a small community cafe/shop/park with small animals just around the corner which was an added bonus. Only 20 mins from Longleat and Bath.
So underwhelmed and let down by this hotel. I have stayed in better travel lodges. The receptionist was slow and lazy and neglectful. The room was damp and the tv didnt work. The shower was appalling. I had to wait for 20 minutes to be served in the breakfast room. I wasn't ever asked if I was comfortable or if I enjoyed the stay. Overall I thought it was a disgrace and a very expensive and regretful experience for what I received for my money. Very upset.
Lovely lodge, neat, tidy and well maintained. Excellent hot tub and soft play area! Great for a family holiday. Perfectly located near Longleats Safari and Bath.
Superb lodges, lovely clean all round, great gardens and really, really nice staff. Dog friendly and friendly dog on site.
The location was great, out of Bath Centre but easy to get into the city by bus, which we were advised was better by the staff. Lovely lodges at the bottom of the hotel grounds, which were very clean and comfortable. The food was fabolius and lovely friendly service. We had our small dog with us and he was very welcome
