Family owned. So friendly and helpful. I can't give a stronger recommendation. The lodging on the second floor has a dynamite view of Supetar and across the water to the island of Brac. They brought us grapes as a snack when we arrived and they served us good coffee in the morning.

Very good location. I definitely recommend it, charming nature and the opportunity to get away from the objects crowded with tourists. Nice owner, she was very caring, even offered us vegetables from her garden. The lodge itself is very clean, cozy and authentically designed. Parking under a roof that protects the car from overheating, a hot tub available, and everything you need to prepare a meal. Definitely recommend, you won't regret it.

Breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed the food and the staff on duty, we asked to change room to get a better sea view and we had no issues whatsoever with a change given in side a minute of asking, for the price we were very happy ... Bathroom toilet shower and sink faucet were all new and sturdy and I will be using it again when in the Split area because it's bonus is it has easily accessible 'Free' parking which other lodging businesses don't have ... I would rate my stay as 9/10

Being last minutes bookers, we were lucky to stumble on one of Mary’s Luxury Rooms. It’s literally just outside the center of the old town of Split. Clean & stylish. Although the room was at street level, it’s not a super busy street and with the AC on and the windows shut, noise wasn’t an issue at all. Judging by our Croatia lodging experience, it wasn’t really worth the 206 euros/night we paid. But when you book mere days in advance sometimes you just have to bite the bullet. 

Excelent location in the historic center of Split, near everything! The lodging owner was very helpfull with check in and check out and with all the doubts that we had! The lodging had everything that we need and more! Beds were comfortable and the lodging had good soundproofing !

This lodging is very convenient to Split airport, to nearby shopping and has great access, just a 3 minute walk, to a very low-key local beach. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need, and it has a fantastic courtyard with an outdoor kitchen area and a traditional Croatian-style stone grill. The hosts are wonderful, warm, welcoming and very helpful.

The location is truly superb, and while the Waterman is just one of the many lodging options within the resort, it benefits from all shared facilities. The breakfast included in the offer was correct with many choices for all tastes (although the presentation is more a neutral/business type, more suitable for a 3 star chain hotel than an exclusive resort).

We stayed in a Forrest lodge which was brilliant for 2 adults and a toddler. The rooms and facilities were great, plenty of spaces, modern decor, very comfortable. The kids pool was surprisingly quiet and a great set up as it was really safe for young children.
