Jull and his family were the most incredible hosts and extremely thoughtful ensuring we had the best experience of Senaru Village and Mt rinjani! A massive thankyou to our great guide (Anton) and porters who made sure we were well fed with lots of fresh fruit and very prepared if we needed anything along the route! We had an awesome time on the Crater rim trek walking through the native jungle and seeing the rare ebony leaf monkey. Jull was excellent in organizing everything from the start of enquiry. The drivers were also brilliant too.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in my many months of travelling and definitely the best value for money. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean and beautiful and the balcony view was incredible. The delicious (and large) free breakfast is also delivered to your balcony. Comfortable beds, A/C and a hot shower. The owners were so friendly, going out of their way to make sure all my needs were catered for. Two of the young guys there also took me to the waterfall last minute which was really fun! The place is situated next door to the waterfalls entrance and restaurants and is a perfect place to stay after the challenging Rinjani hike (or if you’re just visiting Seranu). A bicycle rental service is available at the lodge. I had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The property is located in a quiet area with coconut trees all around. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The bed also happens to be very comfortable as well. There's an outdoor kitchen with an actual swing at the bar ( how unique). The pool is fabulous and even has a little cave built into it. The host always responded promptly to my texts as well and even came to meet me at my previous villa to help with luggage. I would definitely rent this villa on next visit to Gili Air. There's also a cute cafe nearby with delicious desserts and coffee.

With garden views, Aranka Tempasan is situated in Sangyang and has a restaurant, a kids' club, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. In a nice village surrounding, nearby river, clean hotel, nice wonderful staff and owner. Even prepared camp fire at night for customer. Area with gardens view, rice paddies field and Mount Rinjani can be seen during sunrise.

Tiu Kelep Waterfall is 33 km from the lodge, while Sindang Gila Waterfall is 34 km from the property. Great location - few mins from Pergasingan hill and it has a beautiful view of all of the farms and surrounding mountains. The staff were so helpful and helped us organize drives to nearby waterfalls and Pergasingan Hill. We are at the homestay every night , the food was amazing. We had a great time!

Winda and Mus'ab are very very kind and friendly people. They did all what is possible for me. Good and clean room, very good bed, great breakfast. If you really want to be with Indonesian people, in a quiet place, with beautiful beach with bars on the beach with local people it is the place to be. I warmly recomand.
