We were welcomed very lovely by the host and her daughter. She served delicious Sri Lankan food and was always checking whether everything was fine. The property is really beautiful and gives the feeling of an authentic jungle stay. The huts are small but cosy and mosquito nets are already provided. Sadly we booked our safari tour beforehand but the hosts of the eco village also offer safari jeep tours so we would highly recommend to book it with them. The brother of the host was also very friendly and took care that we get to the bus station on time to catch our bus to Hiriketyia. In total we would really recommend to stay at this place and get the chance to live with locals.

I thought about 2 night there but I stayed 5 😅 I really like the villa, the option of making my own breakfast in the morning was awesome 🥰 Every day the common area was cleaned. Mosquito net is available but only by request. The most beautiful beach - silent beach was only 2 min from the villa! I really enjoyed spending the time there. The staff was really helpful and nice. Near the villa are a lot of family’s small restaurants serving local food. Also for people like me who traveling a lot - the option of making laundry was salutary 😌

The location right next to the bird sanctuary is fabulous, and it is only a short walk to Taragala Rock, from here you have a perfect wiew of the whole area. The garden is an ideal place for watching birds of many kinds. Saman is very helpful, and he helped arranging a boat trip in the lagoon. The breakfast was very nice, and generous. The WiFi , aircondition, the shower all worked well. The bed was comfortable.

There is a private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. Very close to the beautiful Mawella beach. The owner speaks English very well and communication was therefore absolutely perfect. He arranged for us a trip to Ella with a stop for the safari in Uda Walawe. There's a restaurant attached to the accommodation and the owner's wife is an amazing cook.

The bungalow is really comfortable and much bigger than you can expect when looking at the pictures. Nice big room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great terrace where we used to spent the evenings. Everything you need was there. The place is close to 2 gorgeus beaches: Goyambokka and Silent Beach. The place is really beautiful and if you like the nature it is the best place for you. Garden is magic. In the morning you can hear birds and see many of them. For us it was great to see peacocks walking but also squirrels, sometimes monkeys. Breakfasts - absolutely amazing . And finally or first of all - the owners are great and they are the unique source of knowledge about Sri Lanka culture.
