Always friendly staff, excellent location, rooms are almost always super clean. This last time, floors were a little dirty. Beds can feel a little hard, but overall, we love staying here. We walk to The Island right from the River Walk located next to Timbers Lodge.
The lodge was beautiful! Simply beautiful. All the rooms nice well cleaned. Shower in master was wonderful some of my family wanted to use. Beautiful place will be back!
The Lodge was very clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. and the Lodge was in a great location on the stripe.
We always enjoy staying at smoky fall lodge. Close to every thing we love to do
This place is paradise for us. The lazy river , the tiki bar , the food it’s all great! You don’t have to leave the lodge. It has everything you need without getting out into all that traffic. So relaxing!!!! Can’t wait for our next trip there.
Gorgeous cabin, spotlessly clean, had everything you could need inside, it was a home away from home, we did not want to leave. Excellent communication from the owners and really easy to check in. Lodge was conveniently located close to Gatlinburg and in a lovely peaceful location. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gatlinburg.
Breakfast was very good. The room & lodge are beautifully decorated.
Our stay was pleasant. Great - The rooms with 2 queen beds were spacious. The 3 story building had elevator and the parking was convenient - right outside the room. The lodge is almost in front of Publix so that was nice. The room had decent size big, bigger than most hotels/motels with a proper freezer. It had a small microwave and coffee machine. The front desk staff was friendly.
The location was great, the staff was very friendly and quick to meet our needs. The loft room was spacious. The double queen bed rooms were sufficient. I was surprised at how quiet it was in the rooms despite being in the middle of everything. Granted the AC drowned out much of the noise but we slept great. We especially enjoyed the two porches with rockers and the lodge look as opposed to a normal motel. It was also budget friendly compared to everywhere else.
It is a very clean quaint small place. Reminded me of the old style motor lodges that decades past were lined by US and Interstate highways. If ever revisit the area would spend my dollars again.
