Fantastic location overlooking terraced rice fields on a hillside. We had an amazing wooden bath with a perfect view! You can go for walks around the valley and rice fields (but we had completed a full-day walk elsewhere so were happy just to watch others walking here). The property is on a very steep slope so you need to be reasonably fit and not afraid of heights!

Lying within the boundaries and overlooking valleys of the Hoang Lien National Park, Topas Ecolodge is a quaint and charming mountain property where guests can freely mingle with the ethnic villagers.... It was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam: + We were upgraded at check-in and we loved it so much in our first our at the property that we decided to paid the price difference ang get the villa with the private pool. It was worth every penny. + Great location with amazing views even on cloudy and rainy days + Great staff, they are very helpful, without being intrusive (which can happen at more upscaled paces) + Breakfast at the 360 panorama restaurant was amazing
