Our daily game drives were mesmerising, made all the more enjoyable by the fabulous Theo! When does he sleep ? That's what I want to know. Anytime you need anything, Theo is there. He is kind, funny, and has a wealth of knowledge on all species, flora, and fauna. You can not go wrong with a trip to Zulu Rock Lodge - 5 star treatment all the way. Man, what an experience!

The rooms are exquisite and attention to detail is superb from the moment you arrive. Excellent food and service. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our game guide, JP, was great. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and made our drives fun and interesting. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you everyone at Nambiti Plains! We were celebrating an engagement and the staff went out of their way to make it a special occasion. Nambiti Game reserve itself has excellent game and an interesting and varied terrain. This was the right lodge for us!

Birches Cottage & the Willows Garden Room is situated on a gravel road, 5 km from the vilage of Underberg. The estate offers nature trails, riverside pools, picnic spots, decks and viewing areas.

I felt so spoilt view of dam with the resident hippo absolute luxury

They where very helpfull to book boattrips and other trips .
