Food was also fantastic and service very friendly. The pool/bar area is a breathtaking place with constant hippo views while we were there and fantastic bar service. The best thing was the game drives - Sizwe was the best, charismatic and took time to show us stuff he knew we'd be interested in.

The staff makes sure that your stay is memorable, they take care of each and everything. Breakfast and Dinner are super tasty. Last but not the least the owner Barrie, he is a gem of a person. He takes care of each and everything from your safari to your transfers to anything you need. He gave his binoculars to us for the safari. Will definitely be coming back to this amazing place

Fantastic all round. Lovely setting. Room was really lovely and luxurious. But most of all was the fantastic and lovely, friendly people working there from Fortune to the other restaurant people and fabulous chef who prepared really great vegetarian meals for me each evening. This was just a really brilliant place to stay.

I’ve been telling all my friends about this property. Selfishly, I don’t want others to find out. 😂 The owners are so friendly and helpful. Don’t skip the meals. they are so yummy. We wish we stayed the full week there instead of splitting it up between two properties. The Lord willing, we would like to go back. Thank you, Val and Neil! You guys are awesome!
