It is located 1.8 km from Candolim Beach and features a minimarket. The guest house features family rooms. Very good location. Just rent a bike from the opposite shop of the hotel. I hired an Activa for just Rs.250 per day. Calungute beach is very near. Baga is also very near. Lot of shops and eating options. Try breakfast buffet at Casa di Goa which is just 1 min walk from the property. The staff and the rooms were very good. Feels like home. Also they have good contacts for car. Just give a call to Vilas Pednekar. He will arrange everything. He is a very good person. We went for our Wife's birthday and he arranged everything and did not charge us a single penny. It was a great stay

The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The accommodation provides a shared lounge, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. Had an excellent experience. Good location a bit apart from the main strip, calm and quiet. Cleanliness is very much above the average compared to regular Indian hotel’s picture of “cleanliness”. Rooms are neat and comfortable to stay in. Staff is doing their real best to provide guests with caring and thoughtful service. Nice breakfast that would keep us full for at least half a day. Pool is tiny but still just enough for a morning or night refreshing swim. Any services requested would be provided, any issues would be handled. Booking pictures match what you actually find in the hotel. Located right between Calangute and Candolim, you can take a bus or taxi or bike ride to wherever you need quite easily. I’d recommend considering this place for you stay in Calangute.
