Really close to the station, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. They gave us a call 30 minutes before the checkout. I was expecting a worse room and service as most of the reviews say but the room wasn't that bad.

Very good service - things went smoothly even with the language barrier. The room is a little cramped (we had two large luggages) but it was comfortable and clean, had free WiFi plus the T&B had a Jap toilet (always great!), a hot tub and a nice set of toiletries. It is very close to Namba and Nippombashi stations and a few minutes' walk from Dotombori/Namba area, and has a FamilyMart right around the corner.

Large bathtub and TV in front of it! This is a former love hotel, so rooms might look like old-fashion, but you won't regret the experience and having a room this size in the very center of Osaka Nanba. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels replaced every day, which it seems it's not the norm anymore in Japan.
