Love the cleanliness and coziness of the room. Plus, we were late and worried about not being able to check in but the keys are left outside of the reception area and checking-in and -out was a breeze, just had to drop the keys back in a container from the same area.

Our room was very clean, the bathroom was renovated and well equipped. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with some great tips for Apollo Bay. Just remember, it's not a 5 star luxury hotel, but everything is immaculate and very clean!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The owner couple was extremely friendly, the location was superb, we enjoyed walking to the beach a lot! We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the managers/ owners who do a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
