Fridge and kettle, milk provided. Recommend mountain culture beer company for a drink/ burger too.

Secrets Hideaway Suites is a 2-minute drive from the start of the impressive Grand Canyon Walk. It is a 5-minute drive from Blackheath and a 15-minute drive from Echo Point Lookout where you can see the Three Sisters.

This place has a healing restorative feel for us. The lovingly tended plants and flowers in the property provided a serenity which city-dwellers need to experience to believe. Outside our window was a glorious flowering tree with birds stopping by for snacks on the feeding station. A truly magical place.

We had the family room. It's not luxurious but had all we needed and wasn't too small (for a YH). And it was surprisingly quiet, while it was in the middle of the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, in walking distance of everything one needs. I'm unfortunately too old to give a 'superb' rating (9 or 10) to an hostel but I wholeheartedly recommend it as a base for exploring the surroundings

We booked the Deluxe Family Room as our son was playing in a golf tournament. Given his early tee off, the chef opened the kitchen 45min early so that my son could have his bacon and egg roll. Not only that, he gave my son two rolls! The rest of us had an amazing brekky - extra delicious and huge! Definitely be back one day.
