Offering an indoor pool and a hot tub, The Rimrock Resort Hotel Banff is located 6 minutes’ drive from Banff centre and near the Upper Hot Springs. A restaurant is located on site. A 32" LCD flat-screen cable TV is featured in each room.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in experienced, well trained hands. We were especially impressed with room service. They responded to requests, (often not on the menu) with unusual understanding and even better, everything that arrived at our room was delicious. The staff members we encountered, without exception, inquired about our satisfaction with the hotel. Everyone is well trained and good at what they do. Therefore I must believe that this attention to detail starts with senior management at guest services and that magic works its way throughout the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular but the people who work there are even better. Thank you for a memorable stay, Rimrock!

They underground parking was good, the rooms were clean and modern. The continental breakfast was superb, they had everything from scrambled eggs, sausage, hasbrowns, toast waffles with all the toppings, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, choice of juices coffee/tea, fresh pastries. The location was close enough to downtown for walking. There also is a pool and hot tub which we never had time to use. A 2nd night would have been great. Will definitely use this motel again if looking.

This is not just an accomodation, you can truly sense the care and love that has been put into the experience of staying in at this B&B. Perfect location, outstanding breakfast, the kindest hosts, great communication and most comfortable modern rooms. The adjacent parking was also a big bonus.

Absolutely superb - this place is a real gem. The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. The common areas were equally chic. The breakfast was the best I have seen in an hotel for a long time with an excellent selection of hot and cold foods. The location is good with the hotel being on the main street of Banff. The staff were friendly and helpful. All round, it was just excellent.

Superb 5 star hotel and very friendly and helpful staff; managed to sign in for the hotel tour which was quite interesting and helpful to enjoy the hotel; the hotel has an array of food options; the sándwich shop and the Rundle Bar being the best in terms of quality of food. We also enjoyed a “mixology” course at the Rundle Bar which was a lot of fun and allowed us to interact with other guests. Highly recommended if you enjoy cocktails; the Rundle bar has quite a few of unique and interesting options

The staff and GM were great. Good chef makes excellent butter chicken. Plenty of room for the 4 adults with the two bathrooms and walkin shower was great. Love being away from Banff town center but close enough to go if we wanted crowds. We loved the waitress from Austrailia let us order the kids breakfast instead of splitting a regular breakfast.

We loved the location of the hotel. The lobby lounge and restaurant were very nice. Rustic chic. The food was amazing. The chef has a wonderful menu and food combinations. The menu is a bit pricey but competitive for a resort town We enjoyed a fire in the real wood fireplace in our room Room prices are reasonable for Banff.

From the moment we were greeted at the door by Albert we knew our visit was going to be warm and inviting. Our room was wonderful and spacious and the included breakfast was absolutely top quality. Ester and Albert were the perfect hosts and we very much look forward to staying with them again. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Banff.

I love the location, car park, and staff at location, big shoutout to Dan at reception who made mine and my wife’s stay very welcoming. If we needed anything or had any queries he always went above from us. Eventhough hotel is 3 star property, Dan made sure his service was 5 stars.
