The balcony was huge and beautiful and the view was absolutely fantastic - the whole Atlantic and a bit of the beach and a little further away the sand dunes of Maspalomas. Large apartment, well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The location was also good, close to the beach and close to the grocery store. Some good restaurants nearby. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. There are many stairs down to the pool and beach. It was ok (even good) for us, but if you have difficulty walking, there will probably be problems.

We travel a lot and rent a lot of places. This is by far the best place we have ever rented. I cannot say enough good things about it, and the pictures are not even a little bit misleading like in some other vacation rentals. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy your holiday! Gorgeous interior and exterior design, plenty of space to relax with an amazing pool (not overlooked by other houses or developments), fantastic outdoor shower with hot water, sun loungers and marvelous views over San Augustin and Maspalomas. Martina is a very responsive host and also gave us many good advices soon before our arrival. The Martina’s recommendation of where to shop for groceries, eat out, activities, etc. was thoughtful and much appreciated. Any questions we had were quickly answered. The wifi was excellent. Highly recommend this villa. We were able to disconnect and truly enjoy ourselves. Our only regret is that we did not rent it for longer (we were there for one week). We were sad to leave and will definitely love to come back

It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The complex was quiet and felt private and secure. There views to the sea from the balcony and the sound of the sea made sitting there day or evening wonderful. Our host was amazingly helpful and also does massages at the apartment which we booked and would thoroughly recommend. Supermarkets within easy walking distance, 3 mins from the bus stop and a restaurant nearby too. 15 min walk along the sea from to Behia Feliz is worth a visit, lots of restaurants and gift shops in a pretty location or 2 min (1 stop) on the bus.
